Sparking Joy at The Saturday Market in Greenville, SC 🚀

We set up at The Saturday Market in downtown Greenville, twice this summer, inviting children and adults to join us in painting Kindness Rocks—and each Saturday was filled with joy, creativity, and connection.

Hundreds of rocks were painted by children and adults alike, each one carrying a simple but powerful message of joy, hope, and kindness. The smiles were contagious as families stopped by to get creative, and many lingered to learn more about our mission: to teach, inspire, and mobilize intentional kindness.

One of the most exciting outcomes of the day was meeting so many people eager to join the movement. From parents and teachers to community leaders, we made wonderful new connections with those who want to help bring kindness programs into our schools.

Admittedly, my joy and exuberance may have caught a few adults off guard--but not the kids! We believe kindness should be bold, contagious, and impossible to ignore. ;-)

Since our last blog post, our board has met two more times and our strategic plan is well under way. The momentum is real, and we are committed to sparking a cultural shift—where intentional kindness isn’t random, it’s revolutionary.
